EXAMINATION UNDER OATH – (EUO)

Your insurance policy requires you to meet certain conditions which are listed in your policy. Some of the conditions you are required to meet, must be requested by your insurance company. An Examination Under Oath is one of these conditions.

Your insurance company will hire an attorney that represents them to sit you down and ask you all types of questions under oath. It is similar to a deposition for court. Anything you say can be used against you.
